Photo case
Contrary to the first assumption, the photo case is no container for storage of photos, but for transport and storage of photo- and video-equipment, e.g. camera, camera lens etc. The establishment of photo cases began in the 1970s. However, nowadays these cases are rarely used because they were increasingly replaced by bags and through reduction in size of cameras the demand declined. For transport of expensive cameras and camera accessories, these cases combined with a matching foam inlay can still be a good investment for photographers.
