Cases are referred to as flightcases if they can withstand the sometimes adverse conditions of a flight and protect their content under all circumstances. Different variants, e.g. as aluminium frame cases or plastic cases, can be individually realised in size and design. The type of construction is suitable for transport in the cargo hold of aircraft and is adapted to the rough handling during loading and unloading.
