Device case
Cases are called device cases, when they are intended to hold technical equipment. This may mean that the units are permanently installed mechanically and electrically in the case or that the case is only intended for the protected transport of the unit. In the first example, the manufacturing of the case requires high precision and accuracy because many security aspects have to be considered. The possibility to install functional electronic components with wiring is especially interesting for sales representatives of electrical manufacturers.
