PROWORKS tool cases basic-line

High-quality tool case, functional and especially robust. Universally applicable and tested, this tool case is ideal for technicians, master electricians and service personnel. The case is based on a type of construction using aluminium profile frame and is professionally equipped. In the base element is a lockable tool tray that can be separated by a compartment division. 

In the lid of the case is an exchangeable tool board for both sided equipment with tools, e.g. screwdriver, pliers and others. The equipment of the lid depends on the tool case-variant which are Basic A or Basic B or Basic Star and is realisable with a maximum of 2 both sided mountable boards and one further document board. After buying the basic variant BASIC B it is still possible to upgrade the case with the highest interior equipment. A tough carrying strap with shoulder support enables a comfortable transport and working with this high-quality product.

Tool case – made in Germany

PROWORKS made by KKC are robust aluminium cases that are manufactured in aluminium frame construction at the factory in Stemwede. These cases are often used for transport of tools for maintenance service, repair service and others. The corpus of these cases consists of a cross-laminated multiplex-board which is further laminated with an extremely abrasion-, water- and break-resistant board. This surface is also resistant to acids, solvents, oils, heath and coldness and available in many colours and surface structures.
The interior sides are laminated with a washable plastic film. Aluminium frames and the angle profiles are most of the time anodised. For a long-term use in daily working life the cases have fittings - like automatic locks that are operable with one hand, robust hinges, chrome-plated steel edges and a tough carrying handle – that are characterised by a high durability. This case is also equipped with a carrying strap with large shoulder pad which is fastened at the side by metal eyelets.

Variant BASIC

A high-quality tool case with a tool board for both sided equipment in the lid. Also available with an additional document compartment as variant BASIC STAR. In the base element is a tool tray with divider panels with variably movable partitions. As covering serves a tool board for one-sided equipment. The case is suitable for storing a variety of different tools. 

Further possibilities for tool transport is granted by the variant PROWORKS Alpha. This case offers additional storage space for tools on another interior level. Large tools, laptops or even small items in different sorting boxes can be stored in this case.

Variant DUO STAR

Another case variant made by KKC is the PROWORKS DUO STAR, which can be opened V-shaped. The “star” of tool cases with many advantages. The DUO tool case-system is characterized by a completely new concept. When both automatic locks are detached, the case parts can be positioned V-shaped. All tool boards are immediately reachable. 4 tool boards for both sided equipment are placed in the variant DUO STAR. Of these, 2 pieces are mounted in each case part. Because of this clearly arranged design the tools can be easily found. The case is carried and positioned in an upright position. The case is opened in the same way. The placement on the ground or bending down in order to take the tools is avoided that way. The case with a variety of different levels which can be combined as needed is called the PROWORKS Shopper. The flexibility of this case system is guaranteed by the combination of elements that are needed at the place of action. The system consists of a base element with or without rollers, three middle elements with a height of 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm (all with variable interior dividers) and a lid element that fits on all aforementioned elements. The case elements can be combined in any order.

Variant ALPHA

The tool case PROWORKS ALPHA is the most exclusive solution with case elements that can be opened separately. For a maximum practicality, the separate case parts contain units that belong together, e.g. tools above, small parts below, devices of measurement, spare parts or tools above, laptop and accessories below. The case units can be equipped with tool boards that are fastened by swivel locks. The tool shells in the middle unit and the base unit can also be variably fitted thanks to dividers and sorting boxes. Protection of small items from falling out through a tool board for one sided equipment. Alternative: padding of the separate base unit with foam for sensitive devices.
