The word “aluminium case” suggests a case entirely made of aluminium. However, these types of cases are mostly made of a wooden corpus which is laminated with a silver folio for decoration. Some of these folios are made of thin aluminium sheets, which are sometimes even found in households. The sales specialists of KKC recommend a minimum material strength of 0.5 mm. When the case consists of a wooden body and a surface laminate, it is called an aluminium frame case.
